We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Specialist Manager to join our newly unified People and Organisational Development team. The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • To develop and implement wellbeing and inclusion strategies across all campuses of Uxbridge College.
  • To work closely with the management team to ensure that the college's wellbeing and inclusion policies are being implemented effectively.

As a Wellbeing Specialist Manager at Uxbridge College, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellbeing and inclusion strategies across all campuses. This will involve working closely with the management team to ensure that the college's wellbeing and inclusion policies are being implemented effectively.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience of working in an educational setting and be familiar with the principles of wellbeing and inclusion.
