About this Role

Long Term Futures Ltd is recruiting for a Student Wellbeing Coordinator to work with a supportive Secondary School in Harrow. As a key member of the school's pastoral team, you will play a vital role in promoting a safe and positive learning environment for students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance and support when needed.

Main Duties:

  1. Develop and implement effective behaviour and support plans to meet the individual needs of students.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support to students.
  3. Provide a listening ear and offer guidance and support to students during challenging situations.
  4. Promote a safe and inclusive school environment, encouraging students to take ownership of their behaviour and wellbeing.
