Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary**

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote a culture of excellent customer service
• Act as the escalation point for customer issues and queries
• Provide support and guidance to the customer service team
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures
• Authorize quotes and monitor margins
• Attend and contribute to production meetings

**Requirements:**

• A background in a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Electronics industry experience is highly advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full driving license
