Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our culinary team at The Tally Ho. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus in collaboration with our Executive Chefs
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including stock management, GPs, and labour controls
  • Work closely with the pub manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
