Job Summary

We're looking for a confident leader who can nurture their team and create an inclusive and supportive environment. As our Head Chef, you'll be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus with our Executive Chefs
  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, GPs, and labour controls
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
  • Collaborate with the pub manager to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
