About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled phage display scientist to join our team in Cambridge, UK. As part of our Protein Binders group, you will contribute to the development of innovative medicines using cutting-edge technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing experiments to optimize VHH framework expression and biophysical properties
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and validate protein binders
  • Maintaining accurate records of experimental data and contributing to project reports

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Ph.D. (or M.Sc./M.Res. with equivalent lab experience) in a relevant area of biology with at least 3 years of experience in phage display
  • Excellent knowledge of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, cloning, and sequencing
  • Experience with biophysical characterization methods, such as SPR and ITC
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
