Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Equiniti. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by administering pension services, working towards agreed targets.
  • Complete and check casework, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Resolve customer enquiries through oral and written communication.
  • Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer queries.
  • Perform and issue pension calculations, including manual calculations when necessary.
  • Contribute to projects and ad-hoc activities as determined by the Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to develop positive and productive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
