We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Management team as an Allocations and Lettings Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality lettings service to new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from application to handover of keys.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, guiding them through the application process and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support existing customers with the tenancy ending process, ensuring a seamless transition from notice to maintenance.
- Liaise with local authorities, external partners, and internal teams to ensure all work is completed with due regard for the customer, business need, productivity, and quality.
- Represent Your Housing Group as a first point of contact for new customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Support the Group's approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback, taking the lead in proactively minimising and assisting in resolution of queries.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering a quality service and achieving right first time.
- ICT skills and ability to work with various systems and software.
- Flexible approach with ability to respond to urgent requests and queries.
- Team player with a can-do proactive attitude, keen problem solver, and respectful of colleagues and customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 for a 35-hour week, along with 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays.
