This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to provide a high-quality Lettings service to new and existing customers in Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, Macclesfield, and Crewe.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who has a passion for delivering a quality service and meeting team targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Housing Management team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the application process, providing regular updates, and ensuring a smooth process from notice to the home going into maintenance.

You will also be responsible for liaising with customers, local authorities, external partners, and internal teams to ensure all work undertaken is completed with due regard for the customer, business need, productivity, and quality.

Requirements
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering a quality service and meeting team targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent requests and queries
  • ICT skills and ability to use technology to support the role
