This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to provide a high-quality Lettings service to new and existing customers in Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, Macclesfield, and Crewe.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who has a passion for delivering a quality service and meeting team targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings and Allocations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are applying for a new home with YHG. You will guide new customers through the application process, advising and supporting them through the application process, providing regular updates right through to the viewing, sign-up, and handover of keys.

You will also be responsible for supporting existing customers when ending their tenancy, ensuring a smooth process from notice to the home going into maintenance.

You will liaise with customers, local authorities, external partners, and internal teams to ensure all work undertaken is completed with due regard for the customer, business need, productivity, and quality.

  • Team player with a can-do proactive attitude and ability to solve problems.
What We Offer

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 for a 35-hour week, along with 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays.

We trust our people to manage their own diaries and offer a wellbeing, social, collaboration, and meeting space, Youggle House, in Birchwood, Warrington.
