Job Title: PMO Planning Support Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PMO Planning Support Officer. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and coordination of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Support the coordination of project activities, including communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Contract Type: Open-Ended

Salary: Band C £28,498 gross per annum

Specialist Allowance: Up to £1,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time
