This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join the Housing Management team at Your Housing Group. As a Housing Allocations Officer, you will provide a high-quality Lettings service to new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey from application to tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure all work is completed with due regard for the customer, business need, productivity, and quality.
  • Represent Your Housing Group and be the first point of contact for new customers, providing excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Support the Group's approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback, minimising and assisting in the resolution of queries.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 for a 35-hour week.
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with time served) plus Bank Holidays.
