Job Overview
Taylorollinson is seeking an ambitious Scientific Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in taking our innovative microscopy products to the global market.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be home office based and will be working with a global customer base. You will be required to access our North West based Head Office for product training but then only occasional travel thereafter. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the semi-conductor, microelectronics, EV Batteries, and nanotechnology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in designated markets
* Engage in outbound sales activities, including online meetings, calls, and emails as well as occasional client visits
* Support the development of a CRM system to detail and progress existing customers and potential prospects

Requirements
* Proven field sales experience
* Background selling lab/scientific instrumentation
* Current/recent experience selling to the semi-conductor, materials or related sectors
* Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (Master's or Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex scientific concepts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
