About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing new apprenticeship business through various business development approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- To increase the customer base and support current customers to ensure they are aware of changes to funding and implementation of new national initiatives.
- To undertake sales activity, including telesales, face-to-face, and online activity to secure Adult Education Budget.
- To work towards agreed KPIs as part of the Business Development sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue and apprenticeship lead targets.
- To develop and maintain current customer relationships, ensuring employers are updated on learner progress, changes to funding, national initiatives, and other services offered.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in business development and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Health and Social Care industry.
- Desirable: experience in apprenticeships or training sector.
