Facilities Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £36,924 - £42,632 per annum
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of maintenance professionals in ensuring the smooth operation of Centre premises and residential properties. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory checks, maintaining commercial properties, and developing effective maintenance plans. Your expertise in estates and building management, combined with your knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing competing demands, collaborating with other departments, and managing contractors effectively. A recognized qualification in Health and Safety would be advantageous. You will also have experience in forward planning, project management, and budgeting, with a proven track record of setting and working within budgets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Centre premises and residential properties
- Managing inventory checks on residential accommodation
- Coordinating with managing agents to manage commercial properties
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans
