Banking Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banking Operations Coordinator to join our team in the banking industry.
This role involves providing administrative support to our operations team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and data entry.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The salary for this role is approximately £20.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
Main Duties- Calendar management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meetings and calls: Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring prompt responses to requests.
- Travel and expense management: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and process expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Room bookings: Book rooms for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
