Account Broker Opportunity

A Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance broker is seeking an experienced Account Broker to join their team in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice to customers within the FCA regulatory framework
  • Identify and pursue referrals across B2B
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
  • CII Certificate in Insurance or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
