Job Description:

As an Insurance Account Manager at Endsleigh, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts with our existing partners to support increased growth and income. You will establish suitable distribution methods to effectively negotiate renewal rates and terms, compiling adequate data to compose a professional renewal presentation. You will also ensure ongoing contact with our existing partners to maintain strong relationships and monitor performance to ensure agreed forecasts are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts with our existing partners.
  • Establish suitable distribution methods to negotiate renewal rates and terms.
  • Ensure ongoing contact with our existing partners to maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor performance to ensure agreed forecasts are met.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills with creativity to help develop this area of the business.
  • Ability to exceed individual targets and deadlines as defined by the business plan.
  • Multi-tasking and organisational skills with attention to detail.
