Job Title: Client Broker - Corporate & Commercial

We are seeking a skilled Client Broker to join our team at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd. As a Client Broker, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met through suitable cover and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical insurance skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the Account Executive to develop a strategy for renewal. You will also be responsible for issuing renewal documentation, handling queries, and processing adjustments in line with procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Account Executive to develop a strategy for renewal
  • Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty
  • Handle queries and process adjustments in line with procedures
  • Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional service to clients
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical insurance skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
