About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site relocation project for our Basingstoke manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, and executing a detailed project plan according to established timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Manage projects from input to design specification, tender, installation, to commissioning, practical completion, handover, and invoicing
  • Attend Steer-Co and project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and minimize disruption to clinical continuity
Requirements
  • Experience delivering projects from design phase through to delivery
  • Technical expertise, qualifications, or apprenticeship in a craft skill or engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in Project Management and successful delivery of multitask building services related projects
  • Hold sufficient Health and Safety (CDM) experience to effectively run projects
  • Negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective stakeholder management acumen
  • Full UK Driving license required
