Key Responsibilities:- Manage concurrent projects to meet customer requirements, addressing all aspects of project management, including design change and change control methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Malone Group's Quality System, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project finances, including sales invoicing, purchase invoicing, and related customer/sub-contractor negotiations.
- Prepare and present project reports, including WIP and project status updates, to stakeholders.
- Degree-level education in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
