Project Manager for Modular Building Project

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a modular building project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in managing projects from groundwork to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the construction project from groundwork to completion
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
* Manage and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in construction project management
* Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable:
* Experience working on modular building projects
* Knowledge of NEC 4 and CCS Framework
* Formal project management qualification, such as APM or Prince 2
Security Clearance: SC Cleared and UK National
