Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at RSE, a leading clean water technology company. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of various projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site and office documentation.
  2. Track and control project documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and External Customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Compile project final documentation, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  5. Perform additional tasks as required to support project delivery.

Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project demands.
  2. Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to build productive relationships with various stakeholders, including Project Engineers, Project Managers, and External Customers.
  4. Full UK Driving Licence.
