Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the successful delivery of a significant industrial unit project in Stallingborough. Working closely with the project team, you will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while prioritizing client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Lead and motivate the project team, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in large-scale industrial projects.

Sound knowledge of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
