Project Manager Job Description

Yorktel is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our EMEA team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex installations in EMEA, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Monitor all budgeted project expenditures and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required level of quality and are completed according to the agreed project plan.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying and sequencing activities, and determining the resources required to complete the project.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and ensure effective project communication.
  • Implement project management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge of video/audio conferencing service standards required.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT products and applications required.
  • Polycom/Tandberg/Cisco certified Videoconference Engineer (TCE/CVE/etc) knowledge or certification desirable.
  • AUDIO DSP (Polycom, ClearOne, BiAmp) knowledge or certifications desirable.
