Project Manager

Malone Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or engineering industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana.
