- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Monitor all budgeted project expenditures and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required level of quality and are completed according to the agreed project plan.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying and sequencing activities, and determining the resources required to complete the project.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and ensure effective project communication.
- Implement project management principles and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
- PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of video/audio conferencing service standards required.
- Knowledge of audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT products and applications required.
- Polycom/Tandberg/Cisco certified Videoconference Engineer (TCE/CVE/etc) knowledge or certification desirable.
- AUDIO DSP (Polycom, ClearOne, BiAmp) knowledge or certifications desirable.
