Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Services Coordinator to join our team at The Travel Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for assigned ships, communicating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring the quality and performance of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational support for assigned ships, including communicating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Providing administrative support, including invoicing queries and deviations.
  • Liaising with international offices and teams to deliver Uniworld cruises and products.
  • Covering emergency duties and phone responsibilities as required.
  • Special assignments and projects as delegated by management.

Requirements

  • Previous cruise industry experience and destination knowledge of European rivers and cities is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with shipboard staff, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Operations, with a tourism or hospitality background and experience in dealing with customers and suppliers preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbally, with an additional European language (German, French or Italian) advantageous.
