Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a technical compliance program that meets the needs of our customers and ensures the highest level of quality and reliability in our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical compliance processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support to sales and solutions engineering teams
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance awareness among employees
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical compliance role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
