Job Summary

The Customer Technical Compliance Manager plays a critical role in the development and execution of a technical compliance program. This key sales solutions & engineering team member will support Vantage's and Clients' needs in terms of the technical compliance process. Experience with wholesale data centers, colocation, interconnection, cloud, managed solutions, and professional services is preferred; otherwise, experience within critical environments like nuclear plants, hospitals, or submarines would be desired.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and continuously improve the technical compliance processes.
  2. Track and develop design compliance statements, reviewing templates incorporating Vantage's latest schematics, diagrams, and features.
  3. Provide technical support for the sales & solutions engineering team.
  4. Work with client requirements regarding review and closure of compliance checks; coordinate responses on compliance queries among VDC internal stakeholders.
  5. Maintain a current understanding of the DIPs process of all developments across EMEA by collaborating with the development delivery and design engineering team.
  6. Demonstrate a proactive approach to Solutions Engineering by building and growing the role to meet the needs of VDC and its customers.
  7. Develop solutions which demonstrate time reduction and improvements on compliance reviews.
  8. Engage in detailed compliance assessment of customer's current and proposed IT environments.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience is required.
  2. Experience in designing critical infrastructure or Data centers will be strongly preferred.
  3. Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and a feeling for aesthetics.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team and the customers.
