Compliance and Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance and Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and a keen interest in compliance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business improvement team on compliance and sustainability projects.
  • Ensure the company maintains relevant accreditations and act as the go-to resource for compliance.
  • Provide training and support across the business and represent the company with accrediting organizations.
  • Support the product management team in ensuring compliance of products, aiding in new product development and international compliance.
  • Drive energy and carbon reduction initiatives to support the company's sustainability targets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a business environment, with a preference for those in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in roles involving compliance and/or sustainability.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
