Job Summary

The Customer Technical Compliance Manager will play a critical role in the development and execution of our technical compliance program. This individual will be responsible for supporting the sales and solutions engineering teams, ensuring that our clients' technical compliance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical compliance processes and procedures
  • Track and develop design compliance statements, reviewing templates and incorporating Vantage's latest schematics, diagrams, and features
  • Provide technical support to the sales and solutions engineering teams
  • Work with clients to review and close compliance checks, coordinating responses among VDC internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a current understanding of the DIPs process across all developments in EMEA, collaborating with the development delivery and design engineering teams
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to solutions engineering, building and growing the role to meet the needs of VDC and its clients
  • Prepare and deliver weekly report extracts on program progress, capturing lessons learned and educating the team on new deliveries
  • Develop solutions that demonstrate time reduction and improvements on compliance reviews
  • Engage in detailed compliance assessments of customers' current and proposed IT environments
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers, strongly preferred
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and a sense of aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with and present information to the team and clients
  • Orientation to detail, with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Inquisitive mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
