Job Summary

The Customer Technical Compliance Manager is a key member of our sales solutions and engineering team, responsible for the development and execution of a technical compliance program. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong communication and presentation skills, who can work effectively with various teams to support Vantage's and clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously improve technical compliance processes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and develop design compliance statements, incorporating Vantage's latest schematics, diagrams, and features.
  • Provide technical support to the sales and solutions engineering team.
  • Work with clients to review and close compliance checks, coordinating responses among VDC internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the DIPs process across EMEA, collaborating with the development delivery and design engineering team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Solutions Engineering, building and growing the role to meet the needs of VDC and its customers.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly report extracts on program progress, capturing lessons learned and educating the team on new deliveries.
  • Develop solutions to reduce time and improve compliance reviews.
  • Engage in detailed compliance assessments of customers' current and proposed IT environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team and clients.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
