Overview

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives across the full employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Translate HR Strategy into Action

Work under the guidance of the HR Director to translate HR strategy into clear objectives that are aligned to the future needs and goals of the business.

Influence and Coach Managers

Influence, coach and develop managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks, and employment legislation to ensure legal compliance, consistency, fairness, and equality in the workplace.

Provide Operational HR Support

Provide and undertake operational HR support and procedures relating to a wide range of HR activities.

Business Partnering

Provide a high-quality business partnering service and act as a trusted advisor whilst building credible stakeholder relationships.

Support HR Director and Managers

Support the HR Director and managers with the effective management of people-related issues, including complex case management.

Support HR Initiatives

Actively support, facilitate, and contribute to wider HR business initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing

Support with Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.

Review and Develop HR Practices

Review and develop best practices and HR service offerings and processes.

Support HR Projects

Support the HR Director and work on HR projects appropriately.

Lead and Develop HR Teams

Lead and develop the wider HR teams to provide and undertake HR business partnering and operational HR support.

Requirements

  1. Proven Experience

Proven experience of working as a generalist HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced changing commercial environment.

Exceptional Stakeholder Management

Exceptional stakeholder management experience.

Project Management

Experience of managing projects in a growing environment, including employee engagement and health and wellbeing initiatives.

Senior HR Business Partner Experience

Proven experience of working as a Senior HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced changing commercial environment.
