About the Role

FDS Contracting LTD is a leading specialist in the design, installation, and maintenance of smoke ventilation systems. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our sales and estimating department at our head office in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department directors and administration manager, as well as serving as a key point of contact for colleagues and clients. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Team Members and Clients
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients via various channels
  • Meeting Arrangements
    • Arrange meetings between sales and other departments
  • Client Support
    • Arrange client meetings and client entertainment for the sales team
  • Enquiry Processing
    • Accurately process enquiries, download and store information
  • Order Management
    • Raise orders and send acknowledgement letters
  • Data Entry
    • Input data into internal systems and spreadsheets relating to new orders
  • General Administration
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and processing expenses
  • CRM and Sales Reports
    • Assist with CRM and sales forecasting reports
  • Client Surveys
    • Assist with client surveys and process feedback
  • Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
    • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
  • Miscellaneous Tasks
    • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
