We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service on our Skin + Me counter, delivering a warm and welcoming experience to every customer.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their ingredients, formulations, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their skin concerns and recommending tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our Skin + Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin health and skincare.
- Suggest ideas and improvements to drive opportunities for improved customer experience and sales in store.

Requirements:
- A passion for skincare and a desire to learn and develop your knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
