As a Lead Italian Cuisine Specialist at Carluccio's, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for motivating and developing your team, providing guidance and training to help them grow and succeed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example: setting the standard for excellent service and ensuring your team is delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.
  • Motivating and developing: inspiring and supporting your team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to help them grow.
  • Managing daily operations: overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and ensuring a seamless service.
  • Problem solving: addressing any issues that arise during service with a calm and solution-oriented approach, ensuring the guest experience is never compromised.
  • Supporting the front of house: stepping in where needed, whether it's assisting with service, handling customer queries, or ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Driving sales: helping boost sales through effective team management, upselling, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy and eager to return.
