About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on our Skin + Me counter in a retail beauty department
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends
  • Confidently approach customers in a warm and friendly manner, listening effectively to their needs and providing personalized recommendations
  • Manage customer queries quickly and effectively, providing solutions and resolving issues
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to team targets to meet and exceed store goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, store teams, brand partners, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Passion for skincare and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work as part of a team
  • Sales-driven mindset, with resilience and drive to meet and exceed targets
