We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Birmingham. As a key member of our site-based team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational and customer service to our clients and contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the SI7 System, including logging all Service Requests and Work Orders, and providing PPMs to engineers.
- Coordinate service visits with 3rd party contractors to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and any arising works are actioned accordingly.
- Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews, including raising Purchase Orders and identifying savings opportunities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
