About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Children's Mental Health Service Manager to lead our Health Play Services Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of our services, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management of service delivery, including procurement, stock control, and logistics
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer relationship management
  • Managing the Service Delivery Co-ordinator and the Service Data Officer within the Hospital Services Team
  • Working closely with the Head of Play to develop and implement strategies for service improvement

Our Health Play Services Delivery team provides physical and digital materials and resources to support the delivery of health play to practitioners and families. We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of children and their families.
