About the Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, providing outstanding customer care and ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar systems is advantageous
