Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating with them throughout the service process and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, helping customers to make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
