About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with our technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them informed of the status of their vehicle, providing regular updates and ensuring that they are aware of any issues or delays.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
