Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional image at all times.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate healthcare professional, book appointments, and answer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process repeat prescriptions, manage patient correspondence, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the reception team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
