Job Title: Wellbeing Advisor

Are you a registered nurse looking to specialize in chronic disease management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Xcellin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients with chronic diseases
  • Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 to £43,500 per annum
  • A company car or £450 per month car allowance
  • A bonus scheme to recognize outstanding performance
  • An excellent benefits package, including lunch allowance, RCN and NMC fees paid, private healthcare, contributory pension, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
