Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse looking to specialize in Chronic Disease management? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your career?

Xcellin is seeking a skilled Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and our organization to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on chronic disease management to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement wellbeing programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training sessions and workshops
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's wellbeing strategy and policies

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 to £43,500, depending on experience and qualifications
  • A company car or £450 per month car allowance
  • A bonus scheme and excellent benefits package, including lunch allowance, RCN and NMC fees paid, private healthcare, contributory pension, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
