Administrative Support Specialist

A 6-Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Operations Director in Peterborough. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model with an expectation of 2 days per week on-site.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, providing first-rate administrative support, and helping to drive efficiencies within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule to ensure efficient time management and preparation for key meetings and deadlines.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure accountability.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required for the Director's business commitments.
- Project Support: Assist with administrative tasks for ongoing projects, including documentation and tracking of key milestones.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documentation for the Director as required.
- Office Support: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including office supplies management and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
