Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Services Mechanical Engineer.

Key Aspects of the Job:

  • Work on a wide range of mechanical systems, including air handling units, chilled water systems, and air conditioning systems
  • Manage building fabric elements, such as lifts, dock levellers, and auto/static doors
  • Collaborate with property teams to maintain and service equipment
  • Respond promptly to requests from facilities, security, and IT departments
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
  • Identify and rectify defects in a timely manner
  • Support plumbing and mechanical installations
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Mechanical qualifications or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance
  • Ability to fault-find complex mechanical systems
  • Understanding of fire safety systems
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £52,000 per annum.
