Senior Dining Services Coordinator

This Senior Dining Services Coordinator role at Juice Hospitality Ltd represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to drive excellence in our dual-site restaurants in Oxford. By collaborating closely with the restaurant manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential for excelling in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of both locations.
  • Staff Support: Guide and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Inventory Oversight: Accurately track and manage inventory, orders, and stock levels.
  • Training Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff members.
  • Health and Safety Standards: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards within the workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: At least some experience in supervisory roles and hands-on operation management.
  • Professional Profile: Ambitious individuals with food and beverage experience, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic culinary environment.

Remuneration and Benefits:

An attractive annual salary of £28,759, accompanied by an excellent package of benefits, including 38 days of annual leave and a top-tier pension scheme.

Working Schedule:

36.5 hours per week, spanning various shifts from 7am to 10:30pm.
