Operating Theatre Lead Position

The Cherwell Hospital in Oxfordshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to lead their perioperative team and ensure that all procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
Estimated Salary: £61,250 per annum
